Wyatt Ranches - White River Division - Spanning over 18 miles of the White River between Meeker and Rangely, this large established working ranch supports an extensive year-round cow/calf operation on approximately 137,200+/- total acres including 11,870+/- deeded acres and over 125,000+/- acres of BLM and national forest grazing permits. Excellent water rights out of the river totaling 70+/- cfs are used to irrigate 800+/- acres of productive hay meadows, typically yielding 1,200+/- tons. At 5,400 feet in elevation, the river bottoms experience a relatively mild climate and provide protected calving areas.
