Approximately 1,500 acres of river bottom, irrigated meadow and irrigated pasture straddle the Wyoming/Colorado line along several miles of the Little Snake River and Four Mile Creek. Lush hay meadows totaling 500± acres with excellent water rights typically yield about 1,400 tons to balance the productive summer pastures to the north and south of the valley. Livestock carrying capacity is owner estimated at 800 ± animal units.
